A focused working session on what you are building, who it is for, and what would have to be true for the project to be a success. You leave with a written summary, a recommended path, and a quote.

No. The service menu is the list of engagements we have well-defined, fixed-price processes for. Anything outside that menu we quote as a custom engagement using the builder on this page, or after a discovery session.
No. Prices on this site are in euros, exclusive of VAT. For Danish clients we add 25% Danish moms (VAT) at invoice. For clients in other EU countries with a valid VAT identification number, the reverse-charge mechanism applies. For clients outside the EU, no VAT is added.
Most engagements over four working weeks are quoted hourly with a written cap, not fixed-price, because the risk of mid-flight changes is too large to absorb cleanly into a fixed price. The cap protects you from runaway costs while leaving room to absorb reasonable mid-engagement decisions.
Yes. About half of our clients are based outside Denmark — across the EU, the United Kingdom, and occasionally further. We work in English by default and switch to Danish when the client prefers it.
Discovery sessions typically run within ten working days of booking. Engagements typically start within four to six weeks of the discovery session, depending on the studio's current load. Accelerated starts are possible — see the Accelerated option in the custom builder.
Every engagement closes with a written handover document and a year of light attention included — we read the analytics, file an annual review, and tell you what we would change if we were starting again. If you want more hands-on support, the hourly packs on this page exist for exactly that.
Not in the open-ended sense. We do build a recurring relationship for clients who have a continuous stream of small work, but we structure it as a series of monthly hourly-pack purchases rather than an automatic retainer. It keeps both sides honest about value.
